If you are experiencing any issues with your orders or items, you can lodge a support request through your Dick Smith account.
To do this, log in to your Dick Smith account and head to your order history here.
If you checked out as a guest and did not use a Dick Smith account, simply create an account using the email you checked out with.
Click 'View' next to the corresponding order and then choose 'Contact Support' for the item.
You can then fill out a quick form to ensure your query is sent to the correct team.
Please do not return your item prior to receiving a Return Authorisation number and label, as your item may not return to the correct location and may not be processed correctly.

If you are experiencing an issue with a Kogan Mobile item such as SIM card or prepaid voucher, we have a dedicated Kogan Mobile customer care team that can be reached 7 days a week between 8am to 8pm AEST on 1300 056 426 or by dialling 12612 on your Kogan Mobile handset.
Our Dick Smith Support Team is unable to access Kogan Mobile account information to be able to assist with Kogan Mobile support queries.
